We're on the same boat. My application was decided on 7 November too and so far no invitation letter.

I emailed Citizenship.Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk on Thursday, but no reply so far. A have just emailed now nationalitysupportteamFMT@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk which seems to be more responsive. At least they have always responded my emails on the same day.

I'll keep you updated with any progress.

Not sure what is going on now, my application was decided on the 17th, also got an email which stated it has been granted but till date no letter to prove, I have emailed them as well, waiting for a response, the wait is never truly over until it is.

Mine was also decided on the 17th, however I don't know what the decision has been as I have not received anything in the post.

How did you find out what your decision was via email?

Oh dear, I emailed them for an update as mine was 5 months, got a reply back on the 20/11 stating it has been granted on the 17/11, I had also noticed the online status changed to decided when I checked on the 19/11.

They have just replied to my email where I asked them to email me the letter that they cannot email, but it has been processed and could take up to three weeks to get the letter, Hmmmmm HO.

I received an invitation letter from the council to book my ceremony but never received an actual approval letter which you need to bring to the ceremony.

What I did was email the citizenshipsupport and furthernationalityenquries email addresses and they sent me both a soft copy of the approval letter and a physical copy in the post.

When did you email them? They took about 3-4 days to reply. For me it was not an issue as my ceremony is booked for the 14 December (in 2 weeks time) and this was back in early October.

Oh okay, I emailed the usual nationality support team, I believe it wasn't processed before as they stated in their reply it has been processed, I will email the citizenship.support and the further nationality ones and see what they come back with. With the HO, it's always a journey. I will update when anything comes in.
Thanks for sharing.

As I said nationalitysupportteamFMT@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk usually replies on the same day. They have just confirmed that my invitation letter was approved on the 23rd and I should receive it shortly.

I wrote to them last night because haven't heard from them since I received my approval letter on the 11th.
