Hi,

Current Scenario:



me(Father) : ILR (Jan 2010), British Citizen (Jan 2018)
my wife (Mother): Eligible for ILR in April 2018 and current residence permit expiring aug 2018
Son(DOB:2009): Indefinite leave to inter since 2010
Daughter(DOB:2012): Eligible for ILR in April 2018 and current residence permit expiring aug 2018
Both the Children were born outside the UK

I have been advised by many friends to apply ILR for my wife in April 2018. And immediately after that, I can apply for my Son and Daughter's Citizenship without my Daughter going through the process of ILR. along with my wife

Any advise would be helpful?

I had applied 3 children British citizenship when they were on tier 1 dependent visa.....not ILR....difference is both parents and one sibling was British. ...read above link u will understand. ..
There are few refusals and few success ....when applied mn1 under section 3 (1) without ilr
