Delivery of Citizenship certificate of a Child under 18

We have received decision email of my son’s MN1 application on 15.10.23. But we never received certificate or tracking number since then. Is this timeline normal? How is the certificate delivered, tracked or signed?

I'm also facing the same issue.
got approval letter on 11th September but never received the certificate.
I already sent email to citizenship.support on 2nd Oct but no response.
I have escalated to my MP and currently waiting the response

I have a question relating to this as I just sent of an MN1 for my child and had to send original documents...once it was approved did they send back your original documents?

Thats the process, it will be sent back once approved.
