6th Oct 2015, I was refused ILR under Tier 1G due to Section 322(2) relating to tax issues in previous application in 2012. I did admin review which was unsuccessful, admin review letter dated 28th Oct 2015.
After private life and subsequent FLR M applications, I now have my ILR from SET M route.

What date can I apply for the 10 year rule to be satisfied, is it after 6th October or after the admin review date.

As your admin review was unsuccessful I don't understand why it's relevant. Were you convicted, did you get a county judgement, did you pay your debts?

No convictions, no judgements, no debts.
