i am just wonder anyone who can help me to sort this question out??

i have got the in10 in my driving licence,
is that a criminal record at all to make my application to get reject????

You were taken to Court? As well as the points on your licence you were fined? If yes that conviction will not become "spent" until 5 years from the date of conviction.

Do not apply for Naturalisation until the conviction is "spent".
