Hello folks

I understand for tier 1 visa holders,they need to show 12 months earning to get ILR.

If i earn required money in 9 months and I don't have job for 3 months /at the time of applying ILR.

Am i eligible to apply for ILR?(eventhough i have points but not job)

I hope few experts can answer this question.

Yes you can, being on tier 1 you need to show the required earnings and not that you're in job at the moment.. I myself showed the required earnings with sal slips of 11 months and not 12.
