Person is uk passport holder. Wife granted spouse visa in nov 2010 for 2 yrs and 3 months. She has travelled outside uk for 87 days excluding day of travel in last 1.5 years.
Question -
1. What is the guideline from ukba on this
2. Is latest policy of 9 July applied on her

1. There's no limit for the no of days absence from UK for any dependants as long as they've completed the 2 years period with their spouse.

2. The new rules from the 9th of July 2012 will not apply to her.
