Questions about ILR application form

Have an appointment for ILR the week after.
I have filled in the SET(O) form. But have a few questions here not so sure . It will be appreciated if someone can help me have a look these questions.
1. in section 6, When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This referes to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.
I came in UK before 2007 on student visa and my HSMP was granted in September 2007 and my tier 1 was granted in August 2009. Which date I should use in this case?
2. In section 9, Age assessment, the form said" please tick the relevant box to confirm the points you are climing on the basis of your age at application for your first grant of leave in a relevant route:"
Do they mean I should use my age when I had my HSMP granted? or when I had my Tier 1 granted?
Many thanks.

Points-based calculator - help
If you are in the UK and are applying to extend your stay you can score up to 20 points for your age. You should use your age at the date of your application for your first permission to stay as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, as a Highly Skilled Migrant, as a Writer, Composer or Artist or Self-Employed Lawyer. Please refer to the Tier 1 (General) policy guidance for details of the points that you can score for age.
If your first application was to the HSMP this will be the date that you applied for your HSMP approval letter, not the date that you applied for your leave.
According to what homeoffice says, it's the date of your HSMP approval letter... so sometime in Sep 2007 according to your first post...
