Hi,

I have applied for UK Tier2 ICT Established staff VISA at the end of March 2011 from India. And my visa was processed and I got it printed saying Valid from 17/04/2011 to 31/01/2013/. ( 22 months)

And there are lot of differece in rules ( switching to Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General) and getting ILR between who applied before/after 06Apr 2011.

Now, which clasue will apply to me? Am I under 'before 6 Apr 2011' or 'after 6 Apr 2011'? Is there a way to find out this by VAF number or something?

You yourself have mentioned the date you applied above, i.e. at the end of March 2011, so unless I'm missing something here the answer would be "before 6 Apr 2011".
