Thank you for reading my post. If applying under the 10 years long residency category (currently on tier 2 General which expires next year) do I need to provide the document requested in section 11p (I.e letters from current employer saying I am still needed for employment and current payslip and bank statement) or is this section just for those applying after being on a work permit for 5 years. Can someone please clarify as I thought you don't need bank statements or payslips for this type of visa. Has anyone applied form tier 2 general provided the documents listed in this section?

No. It is only relevant when you complete 5 years as a tier 2 person. In 10 years,it is not needed.
