question regarding indefinite leave to remain as spouse

hi all can you advise please if i need to submit property insepection report and sponsor letter for indefinite leave to remain as spouse?i really dont know?

If the form asks for it specifically, then YES.

As far as I am aware the SET(M) form does not ask for it so if Mobarak if you are applying using the SET(M) form it does not mention it HOWEVER I have included a letter from father whom I live with stating his consent for me to live with him at his home without paying rent.....I have not included a property insepection report or a sponsor letter for my wife's ILR application
