ILR for Spouse & Kids forms & fees

Hi All,
i wonder if any one can help me.
i'm a british cizen and about to apply ILR to my wife and 3 kids. one is over 21 years and 2 are under 18years could you please advise the followng.
which fees amount applies to them.
is 21 years old still counts dependant?
which form do 21 years old to fill?
i also previously ask some questions in this form but till now i've receive any response. could any one help please?
