Dear All,
I am filling my FLR(M) application, and have some confusion in questions. Could anyone help me to solve them please.
3.15 If your sponsor was not British from birth, when did your sponsor obtain settlement? Day Month Year
3.16 On what basis did your sponsor obtain settlement in the UK?

As my spouse has not received the ILR result (Just applied) what can I write to above questions?

It would help if you answer the following :

1. On what basis has your spouse applied for ILR - what visa did spouse have?
2. Where are you applying from - in UK or out of UK?
3. If in UK - what visa do you have?
4. When did your spouse apply?

Thank you CR001,
1. My spouse applied in 10 years long stay category.
2. I am applying from UK.
3. I am having PSW visa and my spouse was dependent on me when completing 10 year, and our visa expiring in 3 months (mid April).
4. My spouse applied SET(O) two weeks ago.
Thank you.

write 'applied for ilr through long residence category and awaiting decision, and quote HO ref number from the acknowledgement letter'

i did the same for my wife flr(m) and sending it in a week time as iam waiting for my ref number to quote.

Thank you z18runway,
Some more questions in section 4.
DEPENDENT CHILDREN WHO ARE APPLYING WITH YOU
"In this section include any children under the age of 18 who are living with you in the UK and who are applying as your
dependants."

In my case I have two children were born in the UK and living with us in the UK, but I do not want them to include in my application as I can register them as British citizen once my spouse get ILR.
My question is do I need to fill section 4? as I have children under the age of 18 who are living with us in the UK but who are not applying my dependants.
If I have to fill this section, I have to say yes to following question and have to show an annual income of £24800 for two children.
4.1 Do you and your sponsor have any children together?
I cannot hide my children to Home Office as first one has a dependent visa on me, and our payslip is to send to home office indicate maternity payment for second baby.
what can I do???

In Section 7c- accomodation

7 . 1 2 Does anyone other than your partner live in the property?

you can explain about your kids there, as i have done that

On the FLRM guidance page 2 explains no need to fill that section if your children is not applying with you.

So iam not filling that section.

Thank you z18runway,
As you said FLR(M) guidance page 2 explains clearly. I got the point now. I just wanted to confirm that do I need to show the £24800 as I am having two children and living with me even if I do not apply for them?
(According to law 9 July 2012, I need to meet the financial requirement)
