I think ukba have not accepted knowledge of language in the uk as required standard
they have not granted ILR
ANY ADVICE WHY THEY GRANTED FLR NOT ILR

What was the exact reason they gave you? Did they mention your English requirement was not met?

I have receieved a letter today from ukba just confirming u have granted leave to remain and can apply for ILR any time after completion of two years.

Is ESOL is required for FLR(M)

one more thing might be possible that they have made decision on my privious FLR (M) application,instead of SET(O).

did you applied for extn or did you applied for a ILR ?.

Why does your message say that you can apply for ilr after two years ?

As I have posted earlier
I sent HO change of circumstances
with revised set o and the additional fee

but I think unfortunately CW ignored my revised application and granted FLR to my spouse.

and yesterday they returned my application and with fee (refund)

that's why now I am going with new application SET(M) AT PEO

so asking wt papers reqd.

1.TWO YEARS COHABITATION EVIDENCE
2.ESOL
3.SET (M)
4.OLD BRP (FLR) AND PASSPORT
5.SPONSOR'S BRP

ANY OTHER DOCUMENT ?
Is any financial requirement or sponsor's papers
As sponsor is self employment.
