Why Council Tax for 1 Year?NHS Card,Voting Card if you could add. Rest of the documents are fine. You could use SET O Form for wife and kid.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the comments.
I have spelling errors in the council tax, corrected only in Jan.
No NHS cards as our GP rarely communicates with us.

It looks to be similar set of documents I would collect for my dependent application. The Fees is confusing for such only dependents application. All the best Keerthi.

Hi Keerthi,
Is there any time restriction before when the dependent had to submit SET O application after the main applicant got ILR in PEO?

I haven't seen any restrictions for cases like you. Why not apply ILR for the dependent as soon as possible. With frequent changing of Immigration rules,it is not a bad idea.
