ILR APPLICATION

Hello,
I have been living in UK since 2006 sep. In sep 2008 I moved to work permit. In may 2013 I got a new job and hence shifted to Tier2 Visa. I will qualifying for an ILR sep 2013.
Last year, april 2012 I got married. My wife is on her tier2 visa since sep 2011(with her employer), her visa is valid till sep 2014.
I would like advise on applying for ILR together for me and my wife ? Can I add her as my dependent ?
