Hi

I came to UK on a work permit on 10th May 2008 and changed to Tier-1 General on 16th June 2009. I renewed my Tier-1 in 2012 on May 30th. I am applying for ILR as i have spent just over 5 years now.

I have the Tier-1 letters from UKBA but do not have a Work Permit letter. The Work Permit Visa is stamped in my passport but do not have any letter from UKBA.

Can you guide me where to get this letter from? Will the proof of Passport Work Permit Visa will not be sufficient?

Your Passport Visa Vignette would be sufficient. I was not asked for any letter or W.P at MY PEO appointment. A letter from your former Employer,P 60s,Employement Contract could be used as additional proof.
