Greetings All,

I am due for my ILR,

Got my Initial Tier 1 G on 3 March 2009 ( where as came to UK ON 9 MAY 2009 Where as late for 2 months 5 days after my stamp date)

First Extension on 17 Feb 2012 ( visa from 3 march 2012)

So can any one with correct knowledge on this pls suggest that i can go for my ILR in Feb 2014 ( As initially i was late entry of 2months 5 days), or do i need to go for 2nd extension pls

Any one there ? to help me on this

Second extension not needed to make up the shortfall

A further extension is probably not necessary prior to ILR.
