Hiya,

I currently hold 27 months provisional ILR Visa and I am living in UK since March 2012 (went back to my country and stayed there for 75 days when I was unemployed in UK).

I am currently employed in one of the charity organizations in London and in Morrisons. To apply for ILR(I do not know if they would call it ILR when I already have Provisional ILR Visa) , can any of you gurus help me with the requirements?

My Visa type is Spouse/CP of <my wife's Name> and everyone I asked to abt it says its provisional ILR visa. I am quite not sure about it.
My partner has ILR (she is a daughter of a Gurkha).
