All,
Thanks for all I went for PEO at croydon today, 25th feb 2014, ILR was approved
employed + selfemployed(from 2011)....Got it just in 30 minutes
I have submitted all the NI2 payment docs and tier1 extension self employed tax paid statements.....i didnt give them any chance submitted all the self employed ...docs
special thanks to Vinny fo giving quick response and other as well.........

Congratulations... May I ask what evidence did you show for English language proficiency?

just the same when i applied for my initial application(degree taught in english medium certificate from uni)

Congrats mate. If you dont mind me asking, was your self employment activity as sole trader or a company director?

I think he means Class 2 National Insurance Contributions that self employed people have to pay to HMRC

Congratulations on your ilr!
could you please help with few questions?
1. Were you SE at the time of initial application? if so did you pay all taxes on time and did you provide any documents related to that with ilr applications?
2. Regarding your tg1 ext with SE earning did you pay tax on time or did you pay late?
3. What was your higher income through SE or Employed?
Sorry about asking so many questions, hope you would not mind and help us to prepare for our ILR applications.

Hi Village,
Please can you let us know whether you submitted copy of corporation tax return if you applied as limited company director?
You mentioned you have applied as employed and self employed...are you working for any other company as well?
