ILR ..dependent outside UK ---help please

Hi Greetings,
I recently got my ILR,(Tier 1 General 5 years Route) and now i am planning to apply for my wife and kid, now they are in India
Could any one please let me know the below are the correct for applying ?
1) visa status for dependent is : settlement visa ?
2) Application form is VAF4A , but I think it is now an online process ?
3) financial requirement of £22,500 per annum (2 dep) ?
I recently applied for my ILR, what proof i should submit am emp+ self emp( accountant letters for self emp & Invoices are fine?)
4) provide proof of sufficient accommodation. ?
i have contract on my name and friend name so can i use this for accommodation, its a 3 bedroom house ?
please kindly let me know the correct process if wrong
