Question regarding english test

Hello,
Currently am on tier2 ICT, I have a valid bachelors degree(from india) which was taught in English. I can find my institution in points based calculator attaching the PDF which i generated from points based calculator. Can you please suggest whether i need to sit for english exam or not.
