ILR Dependent outside uk...help

All,
I recently got my ILR, I am planning to bring my wife & kid......now they are in india ( never applied any visa before for both)..
please let me know the exact visa i can apply for dependents as Settle is not the correct one i could see in the forum
, some of them applied and got rejected, 
pls let know the correct visa for ILR dependent outside UK
+> Also requirements & documents please ( am self employed & employed)
