SET(O) or SET(M) for two dependants

Dear All,

Apologies for a very simple question.

I am on Tier 1 (G) since June 2009 and applying for ILR next month. I intend to go for the PEO application. We are all applying for ILR together and have BRPs.

My wife (my dependant) and 3 yr old daughter (my dependant) are with me in the UK since 2008 and 2011 respectively.

My question now: For my wife and daughter, do I need to fill two seperate SET(M) forms or do I need to fill just one SET(O) form for everyone?

The gov.uk website says that I need only one SET(O), but it is not describing PROOF OF COHABITATION comprehensively as compared to SET(M) form. SET(O) form is also not asking for dependants' BRP information which prompted this query.

Kind Regards,
Ethanol 8)

I assume the child wasn't born in the UK.

All on SET(O), provide cohabitation proof as per SET(M) since your last extension up to a max. 2 years.

Hi Ethanol,

In Section 2 of SET(O) form,I think you need to fill in BRP details for each of dependents.

Chandra

Indeed the SET(O) form will ask for dependants BRP reference numbers.

Thanks again Amber and Chandra. I was observing section 10 and I realised the form is asking full details (including location of finger prints given). Such information is not required for dependants anywhere in SET(O) form which prompted my original query.

Once again, many thanks for all your time!
