Hi ,
I would like to thank the forum members in assisting for ILR application.
My ILR was approved today at Croydon.I applied to switch from Tier 2 ICT to ILR.
Appointment was at 9.10 and it was a quite a long wait before they called to collect my documents.(approx 3 hours)
1)Payment sheet
2)Application form
3)Life in UK Pass Letter
4)Original Degree Certificate
5)Print out from Points based calculator awarding 30 points for Qualification and 10 points for English language skills
6)UK NARIC Comparability letter(Additional document)
7)Letter from the University(Anna University) confirming the medium of Study(Additional document)
8) 12 months’ Payslips (Attested by payroll team)
9) Original Bank statements for 12 months
10) Employer Support letter
11) Absence letter from the employer
12) Passport and Biometrics Residence Permit
13) 2 Photographs
14) Work Permit issued on 24 Nov 2008.
I wouldn't require NARIC letter or University letter but i applied to NARIC before receiving an email from Home office. So just had those as an additional document.

Regards.

Congratulations. Would you mind if i ask how many were your absent days from the UK? Were you asked any questions on any aspect of your application by the caseworker?

Total absence was less than 120 days.My employer gave a letter in a tabular format with no of days of absence, date of departure and date of arrival.I dint meet the case worker at all.My case was registered and biometrics taken at a counter.I was asked to wait and they called me to collect the documents from the collection counter.I assume they had no questions.

Set (O) form page 54 bullet point 11P states that employee letter should have SOC code.

Congrats once again.

Just one thing though, does 12 months payslips is really required as form states that you should include most recent payslip and your most recent bank/ building society statement?
