Hello,

Is a work permit the same as having a Tier 2 General visa?

I have a Tier 2 General visa and in the process of applying for my ILR (completion of 5 years), but unsure if I have to fill up section 11B (page 61) pertaining to "work permit holder" or 11P (page 67) pertaining to "Tier 2 migrant" of the SET(O) form. I think I just need to complete 11P section for Tier 2 migrant, but wanted to clarify.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

prad500, I am in a similar dilemma but agree with you that 11P looks closer. Could you advise what you ended up doing please?
