Route : Tier-1 Entrepreneur Visa

1. What will be the best way for Applying for ILR through the Tier-1 Entrepreneur Visa , do the same day service will be the best
or using the normal Postal Service ?

2. If the same day application will be the best way, can the Applicant do it himself or its better to have an Advisor attend the meeting with him

If you fulfil all requirements accordingly than you can used either way apply in person or by post.
Again if application is straight forward and you met all requirement than you don't need any lawyer to attend with you.

You cannot apply for ILR from entrepreneur route using PEO.

Only postal application is permitted.
