hi everyone,

i assume this is all fine but wanted to double check:

1st tier 2 visa expired 29/6/2010
2nd tier 2 visa started 30/7/2010
application for 2nd tier 2 visa submitted on 21/77/2010

31 days in between end and start date, but 22 days between end date and application date.

Should be ok?

cheers

If you had applied before the expiry of current leave then the gap from the expiry of leave till you got extension will be covered by section 3C.

An overstaying period up to 28 days will be disregarded. See: 85-86.
