Hi,

I am hoping someone will be able to advice me on this issue.

I will applying by post on the day by Tier 1 G is due to expire for ILR along with my wife (FLR (M))

I understand that I need to submit last 12 months payslips + bank statement for my ILR application. But the bank account
for which my salary goes into has always been in Over draft for the whole 12 months and it still is !

However, I have maintained another account with positive balance of over £945 for the last three months (just in case I want to extend my wife as a PBS Depentant).

Is this likely to be an issue ? any previous exp. ?
