I am planning a same day PEO ILR for us.
Since our Child was born in the UK 2 years back, we are planning to naturalise him after we get our ILR.

He is only 2, and wont stay for a whole day with someone else, is someone who is not part of Application will be allowed in the PEO?

I wouldn't normally think so - how about an toddler though?

Yes, you are fine to take him along.

No problem at all, I did the same with my daughter at Sheffield. even when we went for bio metric she was with us and lady ask for her bio and told the we will apply MN 1. She confirm that this is fine.
