ILR - Lost Passport Need Advice

Hello Friends,
I am seeking some advice on my situation. I am Tier 1 General visa holder and about to complete my 5 yrs residency in UK in month of May 2015. I am planning to go for my ILR. My situation is:
On my first extension application (June 2011) I made a postal application, it has been approved but during the transit lost my passport. I have raised this with UKBA they claimed they have returned all my documents and then checked with Royal Mail and they posted me a letter stating the package is damaged and it is very likely that they have lost it. I reported the situation obtained a Police case number and applied for new passport. I applied for second extension in June 2013 and made a PEO (solihull) appointment it was a success, but was advised by case worker to make a PEO appointment at Croydon for ILR as my case is complicated.
I have read through the forums and found similar threads, but not quite similar to my situation. I have applied for SAR and it did not give me any details of my landing cards or date of entry (No passport copies as well ). I went through all my documents and realised I don't have a copy of the first date of entry stamp with me. So I have decided to go ahead with alternative forms of evidence:
1. My employment letter (Secondment letter from company, showing that I start my work from 10th May 2010)
2. Tenancy agreement (Starting from 23rd May 2010)
3. Bank Statements (Starting from 18th May 2010)
4. P60 (May 2010 to April 2011)
5. Payslips (Evidence of earnings starting from May 2010)
All through my 5yrs I have been outside UK for 25 days, I have obtained letters from my employers stating that the period outside the UK is based on annual leaves and was on UK payroll.
My questions are:
1. Can someone please advise me if there are any other evidences I can provide?
2. Is the above stated list of documents sufficient enough to prove my situation?
3. Has anyone been through this situation? Any relevant experiences?
Thank You for providing me your able guidance.
