Dear All,

Please anyone can give me some advices,

I got totally 450 days out of country for past five years, however,Once break those day up, then I'm ok with 180 days in five years rule, Do you think CW will make this diffcult on me? I will go for PEO next month, Please experts help me answer this questions, anyone got simliar case like me? Many thanks

How exactly are you breaking 450 days and making them appear only 180 if its the same 5 year period

Hi, mate thanks for your reply, I got 165 days between 2012-13 and 112days between 2011-2012, and plus rest of days which out of country, so totlly around 450 days out of country, But once break them down, I'm quailify with 180 in any five year rules, only worry about I got those two year long absences( 165 + 112). Please Moderators give me more advises Thanks
