ILR SET(O) Form V 04/15 Query on Immigration History section

Dear All,
Can anyone help who has applied for ILR after 6th April to address following queries I have related to form? Apologies if this has already been answered in previous discussions but would appreciate some urgent help as I have ILR due on 11th May 2015.

1) Section 6 Immigration History --- On page 22, it has been requested to provide details of absence from the UK. I believe this should be provided for the main applicant. Do we have to also provide absence info for dependant if applying at the same time? If yes, do you just copy the same page no 22 and fill in the details for dependant?

2) Question 5.3 on page 18 “What is your pay each month after income tax and other deduction?” --- As I am self employed, I am thinking to sum up my net salary and net dividends for last 12 months and divide with 12 and mention the average. Can other who is self employed and applied after 6th April 2015 help what to fill in this section?

Hi,

I am replying as per my answers to same questions during my ILR

1) Yes.Only for main applicant

2) I am thinking to sum up my net salary and net dividends for last 12 months and divide with 12 and mention the average
Use can use the result of this calcualtion

I think since you are self employed, you will transfer salary/dividend from ur business a/c to personnel that is not the net amount, for that Corporation tax/ni..need to pay. better ask accountant and enter the amount
