Applying for ILR - help required on when i'm eligible

Hi All,
Kindly provide your guidance on deciding when is that i'm eligible for ILR.
Initial Tier1 Approval and Stamp date: 05-Apr-2010
Came to UK for 20 days on :22-Apr-2010 till 10-May-2010 (fly out date)
I flew back to UK in Mar-11 and then I'm living in UK continuously from 21-Mar-2011 till date.
I have current tier1 valid till Apr 2016 (2nd extension).
Based on 180 days absence rule, am I eligible to apply for ILR in Oct-2015 or November 2015 or any time earlier?
Do I have to provide any additional documents in case I apply during October or November 2015 for ILR + will there be any check to see during the start of 5 year qualifying period that I should have been present in UK ?
