Hi mate thanks for the heads up, I had last months form filled out for next weeks appointment! Quick question, on the checklist from page 75 it says form 03/2016 (last months form date) but the rest of the form says 04/2016, does this matter?

Sorry mate. I ain't sure but it will be good to know from people who have attended PEO appointment since 06/04/2016.

I agree but seeing as it's only the checklist and not the form I guess nothing has been updated since last months form?

If in doubt:

you can still use the old form for 21 days from the date of issue of new form.
or
Use the new form and ignore the "typo" error.
or
defer your application until someone in UKVI realizes the "typo" error, corrects it, and publishes the amended form.

It's been 21 days since new form for me I think, I think I'll accept the typo I guess as its only the checklist? They can't really do much if it's a typo can they?

What do you mean?

If the form was issued on 06-Apr-2016, how can it be "it's been 21 days for me" just after 1 day??

I meant old form sorry I got confused! So I can use old form still if appointment is next week?

Ok sorry yeah totally misinterpreted what you wrote! So I can still submit my old form even though it says from the 6th of April? Where does it say that?

In the immigration rules! Read them if you wish to verify.

Thanks mate I did another form in case although probably didn't need to! Another stupid question...I've printed form double sided, will this be ok for my appointment?

Dear members, Specially the ones applying in next few weeks and have already downloaded the Set O form from Gov.UK website.

I downloaded the form version 04/2016 abt 2 weeks ago. While completing the form I had noticed something very funny - till page 75 the footer mentioned version name as 04/2016 and from page 76 the version name mentioned was 03/2016 till page 92.

Today I just checked the Gov.UK website and downloaded the same form again and now that problem/error seem to have been corrected. Now even page 76 to 92 has the same version no of 04/2016.

I have quickly compared both the versions and do not see any other changes. But wanted to alert everyone who have downloaded the form immediately after the April version was released.

I have already filled the old 04/16 version of the form but still plan to reprint page 76-92 from the latest version once I am sure that there is no changes in any of the previous pages.

I am not sure if this minor change will have impact but still wanted to alert. Is there anyone else who noticed this?? Is there any other change in the form??

No change that I can make out apart from the version no change in the pages I mentioned. Pls take time out to check yourself as well and let us know if you find otherwise.
