Thanks Ashish for the reply and it is highly appreciated. Also I have another question. For Cohabitation , should I need to add proof for covering 2 years fully or just adding the proofs randomly to cover 2 years.

Not the full two years, ie. everything. A selection of various documents for every 3 or 4 months.

Hi santhoap,
Can you please let me know where I can find some official document that talks about what kind of documents will be needed to prove cohabitation? My partner will be eligible in 2.5 years. So far, I was under the impression that you only need cohabitation documents covering two year period (hence was not focused on collecting anything for cohabitation). However, based on what I read in the forum, it seems that we need to provide documents covering the entire 5 year period.
I want to start collecting information and your guidance will be very helpful.

Perhaps supply similar cohabitation documents as suggested in Form
SET(M) > Section 12, Note 8.

Thank you so much. So, does that mean I can show two bank statements, two council bills and two electricity or gas bills in joint names and that should cover it? As an additional query, we still have a lot of joint correspondence to our permanent addresses in USA. Can those be provided as well? It doesn't explicitly say that it has to be addressed to a UK address (although it will make sense to show UK address to prove that we've been living here)
