Hi,

I'm a PBS dependent, who is now eligible to apply for ILR via 5-years route. My wife has already received her ILR 3 years ago.

Since my wife is not applying with me and I'll be the main application in the SET (O) application, do I need to submit cohabitation documents with my application?

Appreciate a quick advice as I have booked my PEO appointment next week

If you have applied already,

1- can you please share if you filled in section 9 of the SET O form? - Think we just have to skip that.
2- Is there any need to provide evidence of days spent outside uk.

My wife is a PBS depent (tier 1 route) and now needs to apply for ILR post completing five year.
