Hi, could anybody inform me please , how long it gonna take to upgrade postal ilr application to premium service. I sent the the request one month before but still now I did not get any response. Just got one atumatic reply. If they don't accept the request, I hope they should inform me. But still now no response. After all, they did not take the money as well.

You should try sending email everyday, ideally at 08:00:00. Just prepare your email and once it is 08:00:00 hit send. Try everyday until you get response.
