Hi everyone,

- I am on Tier 2 General, and will get ILR in November.
- My wife is also on Tier 2 General, and will get ILR next year.
- Our son was born in July in the UK.

We would like to apply for ILR for our son, NOT British citizenship.

I am wondering if our son can apply for ILR at the same time with me in November.

If yes, which form should he use? SET(F) or SET(O).
If no, can he apply for ILR with my wife at the same time next year? In this case, which form should he use?

Include child as dependent on your Set(O) form.
