hi Guys,
I have read the FAQ, forum and source HO documents and still can not figure out validity of my IELTS Academic test

Date of Test: 16/05/2013
IELTS Academic
Centre Number: RU069 - still on the list
This test has been used for initial Tier2G and for extension in 2016 successfully.
My test marks are all above 6.0 in all categories so easily pass B1.
There is also no electronic reference on the certificate.

So now I have Test centre and Provider on the SELT list, however the test itself (IELTS) is not on the list (Replaced with IELTS for UKVI)

However Koll v20.0 says:
Indefinite leave applications
The English language test must have been taken no more than 2 years before the
date of application. However, tests that have been taken more than 2 years ago and
have since expired, can still be accepted where the qualification:
• is from one of the providers on the current SELT list
• has previously been accepted by us as part of another immigration application,
such as for entry clearance. A qualification that is not from one of the providers
on the current SELT list, is not acceptable even if previously accepted by us as
part of another application

So am I compliant for ILR or not now?
Could anybody confirm please?

Can do trinity of course but may be this is not required...

Thanks
Denis

I think you're eligible as IELTS means IELTS for UKVI if I'm not wrong.

I don't think I have time to give B1 again.. and considering their rules - <URL url="https://www.gov.uk/english-language/app ... <LINK_TEXT text="https://www.gov.uk/english-language/app ... ifications">https://www.gov.uk/english-language/app ... TEXT></URL> I think it should be okay as the test is still listed there but it's just that the centre isn't listed anymore.</r>
