PBS Tier 1 Set o Marriage Certificate

While applying ILR for Tier 1 PBS Dependent 5 year route, is Marriage Certificate a must document to attach? Previous Extension i have submitted every time the Certificates, so not sure if it is important to prove now when we have other Cohabitation documents already provided.
