10 years long residence for student.need hep!

he there,
i m a student.i came in uk 13th october 2000. and there is no gap or no out of time application i have made. right now i have got visa for july 2012.but in coming 13th october 2010 i will planing to apply for ILR.
can anyone tell me that is there any problem for my recent visa?

Based on the information provided by you in your post, you may apply for settlement under the long residence category as and when you become eligible on the basis of 10 years lawful stay in the UK.
