ILR Under New Rules - With Bachelors Degree.

Hello Forum,
I got my Intial HSMP approval in Feb 2007 and got my HSMP stamping in Jul 2007 on Bachelors degree . Got Extension into Tier 1 in July 2009 . I was going through the application for ILR and on page 19 of the application it says there would be no points awared if you have previously been granted leave to enter or remain on Tier 1 (General) and that leave was granted before 31 March 2009. So, does this mean i may not able to score points for Bachelors degree.
Can any-body advice me if i am missing something here ?
