Hi
so my husband and i have only jsut started to sort things out with papperwork and that for my ILR wich i can apply for end of next year
we resided in his parents house for a year and now live on our own
allthough he stays mostly at his parents as its close to his work and stays with me the rest of the week (3-4 days)
my question is we have been told differnt things about what we need to prove our marriage

first of all we have joint mobile phone bills
the tennancy of our flat is in both our names
our electricity and water in our names
we have a baby together
we are registered at the same GP but our dentists are on opposite sides of london due to him residing there and me here

allthough he lives with me we are seperated half the week due to his job and cant afford a place near his parents house and i needed my space with our baby
i was told we need a joint bank account
( my husband doesnt want that so he made me my own account)
i was told we need the same GP and Dentist
and i was told to get my provisional drivers lisence and a national health number
my husband was told these are irrelivent and having a child is sufficent and the bills...
please help i dont want to be refused later and we have a child together ...
thank you

Who told you all these scary things? A joint tenancy, utility bills and seperate bank account registered at the same address are more than enough. What type or visa re you on???

I was told by those with experience with the same situation and a lawyer but another lawyer said otherwise hence why I'm here
I'm on a 2 year spouse visa
I have another year befor I can apply
Does it matter if our gps are on other sides of London ( west and east)
As he has his mail sent to his parents address as it's stable because they own the house
For him to transfer everything to our adress for our 6 month lease would be a headache
My account is registered here but his is at his parents house

You certainly don't need to have the same doctor or dentist and neither does it matter that you have separate bank accounts. However...you do need to submit documents showing joint address. It would be a mistake for your husband to have accounts or official correspondence registered at your parents address. I suggest he changes them as soon as possible.
Post gets delivered in the same way whether you own the property or not.
How about Council Tax? Have you registered for this?

This is the problem the lawyer said it's fine to have his documents sent to his parents ...
This is getting so frustrating

It isn't fine. You've been poorly advised. How could you submit documents showing you're living at the same address, when your husband's documents will show the address of his parents?
You don't need a provisional driving licence (unless you want to learn to drive) and I'm guessing by National Health number you mean National Insurance number. You don't need that for an application for ILR either. A National Health card would be issued by your doctor's surgery, but is just one proof of address and isn't essential.
