Hi All,

My current tier visa expire 6 jan 2012 and I had booked appointment on 2 dec at solihull.

I had only 72 days outside Uk. I went Solihull for my set 0 visa and lady was quite rude towards me and asked me dividend vouchers. I didn't have that time and i had asked to come again for solihull.

I had not choice so i had applied by post on 12 dec 2011, money deducted from account 14 dec... still waiting................

I had 2 problems in my application.

1. I had just lost my job because my contract was terminated on 16 nov just 2 weeks before my ILR? does it effect my Application.

2. I had shown employed and self employed salary both. I had confident on employed salary evidence.

but for self employed , have i missed anything part from below:

bank statement business one 12 months
Invoices 12 months

remitenace 12 months

contract copies

dividend vouchers

simple accountant letter

Have i missed something for self employed proof please advise me.

3 by mistake i had just claimed only 5 points by mistake into my age. I should had claimed 20 points.

I had good history no gap good earning and Lady was saying all ok except no dividend vouchers.

Please advise me . I am quite nervous and feeling bad about me.

I have got Rolls Royce job offer but due to visa , I am unable to start.

Please advise me and I am quite nervous.

If 1% my visa will not granted can i apply general tier visa 1 extension even my visa run out 6 jan 2012.

are you getting your payment through your limited company ... or you are self emplyed without limited company...?

where did her query arise from? Were you attempting to prove economic activity over the 5 year qualifying period or were you attempting to score points for the 12 months preceeding your appication?

1. Letter with an explaination of the issues and send it asap.

I had posted some missing documents today .

Do case worker will accept these documents?

Intial application made on 13 dec by post.

I had did miss calculation on my form previous so I had send updated 2 or 3 pages of form.

Do you think they will accept it?
