Hello,

I had filled my FLR SET O last week. I had did 2 mistake one is not big.

I had claimed 5 points for age instead of 20 when i made application.

One of dividend vouchers doesn't match with my personnel bank statement?

How i will correct now. Do i wait or send them covering letter with new dividend voucher.

I had received ack letter today and got reference number.
