Divorce and retention of rights

I am will like to say a big thank you to this forum,I need help regarding my present situation.i was married to an Irish on the 15th January 2009 and we moved over to the united kingdom in 2010. I applied for eea2 and received it in may 2011 ,wife was self employed and I sent to the home office ,proof of registration of self employment,evidence of national insurance contribution being paid and accountant letter which the home office issued my residence card.things have gone so rough that divorce was initiated on the 4th of July 2012 and decree absolute issued today, I will like to retain my right pls find below the documents I have at hand.

My passport
My payslip from 2010 till now
Ex wife passport
Evidence of national insurance contribution paid till after decree absolute
Accountants letter
Tax return for 2010 till 2011
Utility bills for the whole period lived in the uk which is 2 years.

Please what other trying do I need, I m thinking of asking ex wife to ask hmrc for employment history even though she was self employed all thru,please if am missing anything ,kindly pls tell me, my residence card expires 2016. Thanks I look forward to response from everyone in this forum

If you add tax return 2011_12 and accountants letter should be dated after decree absolute then it will be a decent paper work.

Did you said ex wife passport?your ex wife is very kind on you as she gave you her passport.but you don't need it at this stage..

She is willing to help me out by givin any documents I need, she hasn't filed any tax return for 2011 till 2012 yet as she has uptil january .she said she can get her accountant to give me a letter and should I ask her to ask hmrc her self employment history and ni payments made.

Hello jambo, thanks for your response,so I shouldn't bother my ex wife about getting her employment history with hmrc.since she is willing to give me her national insurance contribution receipts and accountants letter.
