Have you finally got one?

Yes we got entry stamp.

And my passport stamp says
"Admitted to Uk under immigration(EEA) regulations 2006 For six months"

But i am confused!
is it EEA dependant Ink stamp or not?
If i apply for job, what happened, does my employer send the copy of stamp page to home office in order to confirm my rights of work in UK.

Your right to work is dependent on your EEA spouse's status.

If you are now in UK then the simplest way to prove your status (and your right to work, etc) to anyone is to now apply for a RC.

What is better?
Apply as soon as my wife start work?
Or
After my permission expire(6months)

You may need to show or use your RC sooner rather than later;
suggest applying just after spouse/sponsor starts work (& has evidence).

congratulations , i have been following up with you and waiting an update to know whether u did it or not , and thank God u was able to do it , its the second successful story here that i have seen after that one of "faisal" .. can u please tell us what method did u use to travel " ferry , bus, train etc,," and what happened to you on the border or u have been detained or not . me and my wife are willing to do the same method next may and we dont know which mean of transport will allow us to board . can u please give details because im a similar case like you . any information will be much appreciated . thanks in advance

We took eurolines from paris
At eurotunnel all passengers were asked to get ready their passport/ids/visa and to gett off the bus by french and uk borders consectivly.
Were asked to fill landing cards
Me and mu wife went to one counter.
I just presented my passpost and residence card(me and my wife)
He said are you family

He asked me relationship proof
I gave them marriage certificate

I said its address of the hotel where we stay.

Now about pervious immigration history

5 months before our marriage
And we are living together since then.
Any other proof that you live together
Yes we have our official address cards of same address
I presented.

He talked with her chief standing aside.
Asked us to sit down
Then after 10 min he came back with a stamp. And he stamped our passport. And said thank you. Have a nice trip.
Admitted to UK under immigration regulations 2006 for six months. And date of stamp

And when we entered in the bus we felt, only we were late. And from here buss entered the eurotunnel.
And i saw my clock time was changed. It means we were in UK.
And with this our life time changed as well.

few days before i was asked to submit my visa documents for visa checks.
I told that I just have confirmation letter
but my manager told me YOU dont need to worry cz we already checked your status even when you didnt have confirmation letter
Note: when I applied for job I just submitted EEA DEPENDANT STAMP and Hungarian (RP)

Could u please tell that which residence card u got i mean from which country does it mention on ur card family member of Eu national or just simple residence card
