HI,

My wife is a EU national and I have a EEA family permit for 5 years for UK.

We are planning to visit Paris together and was wandering that will I need to apply for visa or I can go just like this?

Any help in this matter would be much appreciated.

Regards,
Ali

You don't need a visa if you have RC valid for 5 yrs and if you are travelling with or to join your eea/eu partner DIRECTLY ( in later case)
to france

If you want to apply for it then....The visa will be free of charge, on presentation of the appropriate evidence to:
- spouses of French Nationals;
- spouses of European Union citizens;

You don't need a visa and your current RC should suffice UNLESS she is French. My ex was French and I couldn't go to France without a visa!
Ridiculous
