Employer letter for absence for LTD company

HI ,
I am working as contractor since I moved you UK and working as director of my limited company since 2011and taking salary and dividends from my company . i have been to India 3 times in my 5yrs stay and each time it was 2 weeks trip so total absence in 5 yrs comes around 50days all these absence are family vists only. My question is do I need employer letter to prove the absence Is paid? If so how can I prove the absence ? what letter I need to submit as I am working for my ltd company ?
